If you must know for some reason. The big family secret is the fact that the German named family I was adopted into came from Germany to the U.S.A. in 1935. They lived in Berlin.  The grandparents family documents were from Winterthur Switzerland.

La famille normale are the LaVeys, founders of Church of Satan.  Russia and the Russian empire was where both sides of the paternal grandparents were born concernant les documents gouvernementaux. They came to the U.S.A. in the 1890’s. C’est normal.

I was raised in Los Angeles and taught the Religions of Magic.

I apologize in advance for any confusion. If you hear talk or see the LaVey family, some of their friends or visitors, you should know we are biologically related and it was an open adoption where both families knew each other. Yes I loved them and they are in my family.
I always use/used their family name when I was with them and with their close friends. If you do not know the family on a personal basis then you probably had no idea who I was or am.
It’s not a bad secret — I am minding my own business.

Notes for the Curious:

Anton LaVey founded Church of Satan in 1966 one year after I was born. The name is translated as Kirche des Satans in German, церковь сатаны in Russian, Sotonska Crkva in Croatian. To some people in other countries the name represented the church of the resistance. Anton, Diane and Karla’s new religious movement is part of a long running great awakening that has been going on in the Religions of Magic for over a century.
